Our commitment to our clients.


We want you, as the client, to be aware of our commitment to you. The following is our commitment to you in writing.


Transparency and Compliance

  1. We commit to be transparent and truthful about our experience, expertise, results, credentials, and abilities with our clients and the greater public.
  2. We commit to make clear descriptions of any product or service we are offering you, including our current fees and any recurring billing, so that our clients always know what they are signing up for.
  3. We commit to comply with the marketing guidelines of the CAN-SPAM Act in our electronic communications, including ensuring that recipients of our broadcast emails have opted-in to receive communications from us and that they have the option to unsubscribe or change their contact information at the end of all our emails.
  4. We commit to comply with the marketing guidelines of the Federal Trade Commission, including refraining from making false claims, income or results guarantees, or misleading testimonials, income claims, or financial statements; we commit to only make claims which we can substantiate.
  5. We commit to disclose to our clients that we are an affiliate of a third party should we participate in receiving an affiliate commission or referral compensation for recommending their products or services to our clients.
  6. We commit to not offer any professional advice unless we are certified in that field and able to do so under the laws of Canada.


Customer Service Excellence

  1. We commit to over-deliver on our promises to our clients.
  2. We commit to understand our client’s needs, challenges, and goals in hopes of serving them with information that can help them achieve their organizational objectives.
  3. We commit to provide customer support for all of our service, programs and products.
  4. We commit to respect the privacy and confidential information of our clients.


Community Collaboration

  1. We commit to cite sources and give credit to others when we quote them in any format, and we commit to not misrepresent others’ works as our own.
  2. We commit to not train from, distribute, or publish others’ works or content without permission from the author or originator of such work.
  3. We commit to not misuse the name or likeness of others in the industry to create false associations of credibility.
  4. We commit to seek to leave a legacy of strong customer service, and focus our career on offering distinct and valuable information that helps our clients thrive.
